François lived between France and different African countries until he reached 17. He first learned pastry and then became a chef. He came to the US via Canada. His last work as executive chef in the US was at The Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead and downtown Atlanta.
After the birth of his youngest daughter, François had a complete change of profession, from executive chef to massage therapist.
François loves to be close to nature and go out i.e. Hiking, Camping, Fishing. Also he loves the fun of Dining out, Wine tasting and Dancing, Gardening/Landscaping is what he likes when staying at home, and he love to prepare food for his close ones and friends, and François loves to participate when he goes to a party where the hosts are preparing food.
François is a passionate in life and loves to create, it can be about food, invention, little tricks to make things easier in life. He is thankful for his good health that he attributes to his wisdom that hit him at a time of maturity, "age" :-) . This allows him to go on when difficult/challenging time arise. The love for and from others, especially his kids, is a strong energizer and support in his life.
About his Massage Therapy: After a successful 30 years in the hospitality industry as an Executive Chef, François turned his attention and dedication to massage therapy. His extensive background in food is an integral part of his nutrition knowledge which helps his clients in their overall pursuit of wellness and health. François keen sense of service, having worked for some of the world’s most renowned hotels, is a unique asset, making him a stand out in this industry.
The way François works on clients depends on their requirements and needs. Therefore he will incorporate different techniques during the massage which can be done during a thirty minutes to a ninety minute massage session. François is a very positive and caring person, and loves to help and interact with people.
Below is his experience gained during his program at ASHA (Academy of Somatic Healing Arts) school of massage in Atlanta and various seminars which represents more than 900 hours of training. Staying fit and working with good body mechanics allow François to work very efficiently and focussed during busy time, not hesitating to help people after regular hours
